PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) yang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang bisnis di bidang produksi dan pemasaran pupuk.

Perusahaan ini juga dikenal sebagai PT Pusri ini, dimulai dengan pembentukan Perusahaan Pupuk pada tanggal 24 Desember 1959, adalah produsen pupuk urea pertama di Indonesia.
Sriwidjaja diambil sebagai nama perusahaan untuk mengabadikan sejarah kejayaan kerajaan Sriwijaya di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan sangat dihormati di Asia Tenggara ke daratan Cina, pada abad ketujuh.

Pada tahun 2010 Pemisahan dilakukan (spin off) dari Perseroan Terbatas (Persero) PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja disingkat PT. Pusri (Persero) kepada PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang dan terjadinya pengalihan hak dan kewajiban PT. Pusri (Persero) kepada PT. Pusri Palembang sebagai dinyatakan didalan RUPS-LB tanggal 24 Desember 2010 yang berlaku efektif 1 Januari 2011 sebagaimana tercantum dalam Amandemen Anggaran Dasar PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang melalui Notaris Fathiah Helmi, SH No 14 tanggal 12 November 2010 yang telah disetujui oleh Menteri Kehakiman tanggal 13 Desember 2010-57993.AH.01.01 AHU angka pada tahun 2010.

PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja (PT.PUSRI) yang bergerak dalam industri pupuk, produk kimia dan jasa membutuhkan karyawan untuk ditempatkan di berbagai bidang unit kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, sebagai berikut.
