Requirements:

• Male or Female, age max 35 years
• Minimum 3 years experience as trainer and/or Agency Development related function
• Knowledge on implementation of training process with emphasis on competency profiling and assessment
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
• Have presentation and facilitation skill,
• Have Communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill
