Lowongan Kerja Mensa Group Agustus 2011 : HRIS Specialist work location Kuningan, South Jakarta, Country Executive Jakarta  - To Be Placed in SOKOTO - NORTH WEST NIGERIA.

HRIS Specialist work location Kuningan, South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Liase third party in developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
2. Manage HRIS database & monitor server.
3. Support all business unit during payroll process.

Requirements:

• Male/ female max. 28 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Human Resource Information System, Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in developing & maintaining HRIS.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuningan,South Jakarta.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Country Executive Jakarta  - To Be Placed in SOKOTO - NORTH WEST NIGERIA

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer, market conditions, and competitor.
• Establish marketing strategies for energy drinks (sachet & can) to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Implement marketing plan changes as needed.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 30 years old, SINGLE.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in Consumer Goods (as Sales/ Marketing/ Brand Management) is a MUST
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST
• Willing to be placed in SOKOTO - NORTH WEST NIGERIA for minimum 3 years is a MUST
• Posses strong market analysis & strategic plan
• Experience in sales/ marketing activity in East Indonesia (Papua/ NTT) will be an advantage
• Tough and easily adapt to African culture and environment
• Strong leadership, self motivator and self directed
• Able to establish good and strong relationship with distributor and sales team
• Posses excellent health
