New Business and Policy Delivery Assistant Manager work location Jakarta
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all operation in New Business Processing area run smoothly as schedule / on time
2. Ensure and monitor input process quality or accuracy rate by each process.
3. Control and monitoring of New Business staff member
4. As a trouble shooter for any related issue with internal parties
5. Prepare on schedule and analyze all reporting regarding New Business processing operation
6. Make sure all additional jobs or project from direct supervisor will be executed properly.
7. Daily controlling application stock for data entry process
8. Checking and filtering new application process
9. Coordinating with related department regarding UAT or in any other business processing
10. Responsible for making score card for the team member
Requirements:
IT Business Analyst work location Jakarta
Responsibilities:
1. Assist user on gathering user requirement on building BRD
2. Formulize functional design
3. Coordinate project progress to project stakeholders & IT Development team
4. Conduct & coordinate SIT & UAT (positive and negative)
5. Documenting all projects paper works
6. Coordinate ad-hoc issue requests as well as system investigation request with close coordination with IT Development team
7. Perform product management setup

- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Experience to lead team and coordinate project

Responsibilities:
1. Assist user on gathering user requirement on building BRD

- minimum 3 -4 years as BA or IT Project Manager
- Excellent IT Project Management skill
- Strong understanding in SDLC
- Good understanding / experience in system migration and/ or system integration projects
- Good technical documentation skill
- Good presentation skill
- preferably in Insurance industry, has good Bancassurance knowledge
- preferabley has background as Developer or System Analyst
- Full-Time positions available.
